Day 1 - Miami, Florida

In stark contrast to the "High Tech" space industry, the surrounding area is a wildlife preserve, and is a major breeding ground for many endangered seabirds.

Fernandina Beach is a city in and the county seat of Nassau County, Florida, United States. It is the northernmost city on Florida's Atlantic coast, situated on Amelia Island, and is one of the principal municipalities comprising Greater Jacksonville. The area was first inhabited by the Timucuan Indian people.

Day 5 - Charleston, SC, USA

Founded in 1670 by a group of English aristocrats as an intended moneymaking venture, ‘Charles Towne’ swiftly boomed, exporting products from the region’s rice and cotton plantations. The island has been continuously inhabited by the British since the Sea Venture, captained by George Somers, was shipwrecked here in 1609, the inspiration for Shakespeare’s play The Tempest. Hamilton is the capital and heart of the island. Excellent shopping and dining venues can be found right on Front Street, opposite the pier. Among the attractions not to miss are: Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo (BAMZ), all conveniently located in a complex on North Shore Road; St. Peter’s Church, believed to be the oldest Anglican church in the Western hemisphere, and stunning in its simplicity with its rough-hewn pillars, exposed cedar beams and candlelit chandeliers; and St. Catherine Fort, well-preserved and a great vantage point for photos.

St. George's is a town on St. George's Island, in Bermuda. It's known for being the territory's first English settlement. Colonial buildings on and around central King's Square include the 18th-century town hall. Nearby, the Tucker House Museum is a typical home from the 1700s, with displays of crystal, silver and period furniture. Other notable landmarks include St. Peter's Church, founded in 1612.

Day 11 - Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada

Poised on Cape Breton Island, Sydney is your gateway to the scenic and historic attractions of the Cape Breton Highlands, and the incredible Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site, Canada’s largest historical reconstruction. Once known as the “Gibraltar of the New World”, the Fortress of Louisbourg, site of momentous 18th-century battles between the competing empires of France and Great Britain, has been restored to exactly as it looked in 1740. Sydney charms the traveler with harbor views along The Boardwalk and at the nearby summer home of Alexander Graham Bell, now an enlightening museum.

Day 12 - Corner Brook, Newfoundland
